Disconnect a social account

If you connected Instagram or TikTok to your ambassador profile, you can disconnect anytime from your portal (Profile → Connected accounts → Disconnect). Disconnecting immediately destroys the stored access token and stops all data collection from that account. You can also revoke Pholoh's access from inside Instagram or TikTok's own app settings — either way, collection stops.

Delete your program data entirely

1. Email info@pholoh.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address you used in the program.
2. We verify the request against the program email on file.
3. Within 30 days we delete your application record, uploaded content links, connected-account tokens and statistics, points, badges, and Lounge activity. We confirm by reply when it's done.

Order records in our store are retained where required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations; they are no longer linked to a program profile after deletion.

Facebook / Instagram data deletion requests

If you arrived here from a Facebook or Instagram data-deletion request: we honor the same process. Email us as above, or if you removed the Pholoh app from your Meta account settings, any tokens we held are invalidated and scheduled for destruction automatically.
